Terms of Service

By scheduling, reserving, or utilizing studio facilities, equipment, or post-production services provided by gamril at 250 Richmond St W, Toronto, ON, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Studio Bookings & Payment

Standard podcast recording sessions start at 190 EUR for a 2-hour reserved block. To confirm and secure studio scheduling, payment or approved deposit is required prior to session entry. Invoices are issued in EUR with clear itemization of requested studio time, audio engineering, and video recording add-ons.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because studio suites and engineering staff are reserved exclusively for your scheduled block, notice of cancellation or date change must be delivered via email to [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to your session time for a complete refund or no-fee date transfer. Sessions cancelled under 48 hours notice may forfeit deposit fees.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Clients retain 100% of all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and master recording rights to all audio tracks, dialogue, video files, and concepts produced during their booked session. gamril claims zero ownership or royalties over client content.

4. Equipment Care & Facility Guidelines

Clients and invited guests are expected to exercise due care with studio microphones, cameras, lighting fixtures, and acoustic furnishings. Intentional misuse or damage caused by negligence may be assessed to the primary booking registrant at repair or replacement cost.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

gamril provides professional recording equipment with redundant backup procedures. However, our liability for unforeseen hardware malfunctions, power failure, or file corruption is strictly limited to re-recording studio time or a refund of fees paid for the affected session. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
